The general terms and conditions apply to services between sajafaza.ch and its customers and visitors to sajafaza.ch.

2. Delivery area

The delivery area of sajafaza.ch for shipping is Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

How to order in our shop:

– Place items in the shopping cart, open the shopping cart by clicking “Checkout”

– Enter personal details and delivery address

– Choice of payment options

– Order control: overview and price

– Click on “buy now” to complete the order and accept the terms and conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment method: Postfinance card / Visa/ Mastercard/ Twint

5. Advance payment

For all purchase contracts, we reserve the right to deliver against an advance payment of the entire order value.

6. Prices

Our prices are in CHF including VAT.

7. Delivery conditions, exchanges and returns

7.1 Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as possible and, if in stock, shipped immediately.

We do not charge you any shipping costs for delivery to another location of your choice. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and immediately refund any consideration already received.

7.2 Right of withdrawal

Whatever you choose and request, you have the right to review everything for 15 days. In the event of an exchange or return, you have 15 days. If something really doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, simply send it back to us together with the invoice. Sajafaza.ch takes back unworn items without signs of use. You will receive a receipt from the post office if the package was returned by registered mail. You will receive a credit note as soon as the package has arrived back with us. You bear the costs for the return yourself.
